✶ shipping/orders/returns ✶

✶ When will my order ship? We try our best to ship orders out 2-7 days after they are placed. During calendar season our shipping timeline is up to four weeks. If you have questions or concerns about your order please email us, be sure to include your full name and order number in the email. hello@addiebeststudio.com

✶ my patch/sticker order hasn’t arrived yet! If you are within the US please give your patches and stickers 2-3 weeks to arrive. If you are international, please allow 5-8 weeks for your order to arrive, sometimes it takes even longer. All patch and sticker orders with a total order value of less than $80 get shipped in an envelope with a stamp or two unless you upgrade to First Class Shipping at checkout. It is important to me that I have products that have low shipping costs, but that does mean they can take longer. Please be patient, and if your order doesn't show up after the allotted time, please shoot us an email with your order number and full name.

✶ do you have a return policy? Order cancelation policy? We do not offer returns and rarely offer cancelations. All prints are handmade, so please allow for slight variance in each copy. ✶ What ink do you use for printing patches? I print all my patches with Cranfield Colors Caligo Safe Wash Ink. I prefer it over speedball and other fabric specific inks I have tried but you should do your own research and experimentation! For more information about my tools and materials I have a full list on my Patreon.

✶ Do you do commission work? No, I’m sorry. Commissions are too time-intensive and complicated for me right now.
